This awesome Little Owl is doing its best impression of a ceramic insulator atop a telegraph pole. The bird was spotted by wildlife photographer Mircea Costina in Dobrogea, Romania - but only after another bird gave its position away.
From reading this magical book, I realize that even if an image is technically exquisite, it does not make it art.
